Return & Refund Policy

At MRselected, we are committed to providing our customers with a reliable and satisfactory shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable e-commerce and consumer protection laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Saudi laws and regulations.

1. Cancellation and Returns

Under applicable Saudi e-commerce regulations, customers may have the right to cancel an electronic transaction and return an eligible product within 7 days from the date of purchase or contract, provided that the product has not been used, benefited from, or otherwise enjoyed by the customer, and subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

The customer's statutory rights under Saudi law remain applicable regardless of the terms stated in this policy.

2. Return Conditions

Where a return is permitted, the product should be returned in accordance with applicable legal requirements and, where applicable, in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and other included items.

The customer may be required to provide the order number or proof of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a cancellation, return, or refund, please contact us:

  • The reason for your request.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, where applicable.

Please do not send any product back before contacting MRselected and receiving return instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, materially different from its description, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or videos to evaluate the issue.

If a product is defective, counterfeit, damaged, or does not conform to the agreed specifications, the customer may be entitled to return the product and receive the applicable remedy in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.

Depending on the circumstances, the applicable remedy may include a refund, replacement, repair, or another remedy provided by law.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation or return where permitted by applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

This may include products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, products that have been used or damaged by the customer, personalized products, or other legally recognized exceptions.

Where Saudi law grants the customer a mandatory right to return or obtain a refund, that statutory right will prevail.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations and the reason for the return.

Where the return is required because the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the agreed specifications, the applicable costs will be handled in accordance with the customer's statutory rights.

For a voluntary cancellation or return where the law permits the customer to bear the associated costs, the applicable return costs may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Payment Methods

MRselected offers the following payment methods for eligible orders:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.
  • Apple Pay: Available for eligible customers and supported devices.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible orders.

For orders paid by Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay, approved refunds will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, subject to applicable payment-provider procedures and Saudi regulations.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a refund is approved, MRselected will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund method in accordance with applicable requirements.

8. Exchanges

Product exchanges may be available depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Please contact us before sending any product back so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

9. Refunds

Once a return or cancellation has been approved and any required inspection has been completed, we will notify the customer of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed without undue delay and within the period required by applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

Where applicable, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise and applicable law permits this.

In the cases covered by the applicable Saudi regulations, amounts paid by the customer must be returned within a period not exceeding 14 days, subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

10. Delayed Delivery

MRselected will provide the estimated delivery period applicable to each order.

If delivery or performance is delayed beyond the period specified under applicable Saudi e-commerce regulations, the customer may have the right to cancel the order and receive the applicable refund, subject to the circumstances and exceptions provided by law.

Saudi Ministry of Commerce guidance states that a consumer may have the right to cancel when delivery or performance is delayed by more than 15 days from the date of purchase or the agreed delivery date, subject to applicable conditions.
